Founder & Managing Director
Udit H. Sheth is the visionary behind TransStadia Group and a pioneer in sports infrastructure, having led India’s first PPP-led sports infrastructure project. He has been instrumental in developing EKA Arena Ahmedabad, the world’s first and only SuRe-certified stadium, also recognized with LEED Gold and ISO certifications.

With over two decades of experience, his approach combines human-centric thinking, ergonomics, and innovation to create infrastructure that delivers long-term social, operational, and economic value. He also plays a key role in advancing education-led development through TransStadia University.

Beyond infrastructure, he has contributed to advancing Yogasana as a competitive sport and continues to support sports, education, and institutional development through various leadership and advisory roles.

Nupur Vaidya brings nearly three decades of experience across strategic business development, infrastructure planning, and institutional partnerships, with expertise spanning sports, entertainment, and retail sectors. His work has contributed to the development and execution of large-scale PPP and DBFOT projects, supporting integrated, future-ready infrastructure solutions.

With strengths in feasibility planning, government liaison, and concept development, he plays a key role in shaping projects from opportunity assessment through execution.

His experience spans strategic expansion, institutional partnerships, and development planning, contributing to scalable project models and long-term value creation.

With over two decades of experience in architecture, Namrata specializes in master planning and end-to-end project management across large-scale, complex developments. Her journey has evolved from hands-on architectural design and detailing to leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects.

She has led landmark developments including EKA Arena, Nagpur Sports Hub, and TransStadia University, guiding projects from concept through execution and operational planning.

Her expertise spans multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure lifecycle planning, contributing to scalable, high-impact developments built for long-term value.
